Welcome to Veloirecity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://veloirecity.online ("Site") and the purchase of any products from our store. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Operating Model & Market
  • Territory: This website operates exclusively within the borders of Morocco. We do not accept international orders or ship outside of Morocco.
2. Order Verification & Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Payment Method: To provide maximum security, we operate entirely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. You do not enter credit card details on our website; you pay in cash directly to the delivery courier when your package arrives.
  • Telephone Confirmation: After placing an order on our Site, an agent from our partner call center will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your delivery address and confirm your purchase.
  • Order Validity: An order will not be processed or shipped until it has been successfully verified over the phone. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the buyer cannot be reached within 3 business days.
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Return Fees
  • Delivery Timeline: Confirmed orders are delivered to your doorstep within 5 to 8 days (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping Fees: Outbound delivery is 100% Free nationwide.
  • Return Policy: You have 14 days from the receipt of your product to request a return. The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Delivery Cost: While initial shipping is free, a flat fee of 10 DH will be charged or deducted from your refund to cover the courier return collection fee.
4. Pricing and Currency
  • All prices listed on our Site are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (DH / MAD).
  • We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. However, products will always be billed based on the prices displayed on the Site at the exact moment your order is submitted.
5. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors, features, and images of our products as accurately as possible. Because our inventory is supplied via the TajerCOD network, slight variations in packaging or minor design specifications may occur. If a product does not match your expectations, your sole remedy is to return it under our standard Return Policy.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
