- Delivery Cost: 100% Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
- Delivery Time: All orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 8 days. Our delivery window includes weekends and public holidays to get your products to you as fast as possible.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our local courier partner, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking details so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our conditions below:

- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Fee: While outward delivery is free, customers are responsible for a flat 10 DH delivery fee for returns to cover the courier return-service cost.
